Guernsey County schools are recognizing Red Ribbon Week October 23-31. Red Ribbon Week’s theme this year is “Your Future is Key, so stay Drug Free.” To kick off the week, Christopher Milo, l, visited area school to promote 13 positive messages and how they impact their future and the importance of being drug-free. During his visit he spent time in middle school classrooms getting to know the students. He made the students’ day by eating lunch with them. The day was wrapped up with Christopher surprising the students with a musical assembly that shared his personal and inspiring story with his drug free message.
